ACERA is one of the most successful companies in the Taiwanese creative industry of 
ceramics, with over 150 retail stores in both China and Taiwan. Because of its traditional 
and historical image, TotalDesign suggested that the company integrate fashion elements 
into the brand, thus attracting a wider range of consumers, and especially targeting the 
younger generation. As a result, the project began with incorporating and re-establishing 
the brand image by planning and launching their flagship store on the 5th floor of 
Taipei 101. In addition to implementing the new brand identity, we also renamed the 
company's English brand name as "ACERA" (symbolizing "Ceramic"), and continued to 
strengthen the brand image, which serves as a solid ground for further development 
of international retail stores and integrated marketing activities.
