EASTCHA was founded by CHAMATE, a national tea house chain in China. The brand aims 
to provide innovative and fashionable tea specialty products. TotalDesign started 
from developing the brand's business plan, and focused on global tea market research 
in order to define the positioning of the brand. The goal of this project was to 
establish the brand management system including the brand name, market research, 
product combination, packaging system, store interior and the brand visual identity. 
Since the brand management system was implemented, EASTCHA has been consistently 
following the branding system guidelines in developing its chain stores.
